Monday - Friday: 3 - 9 PM
Saturday: by appointment
School hours vary according to teacher and student availability. Lessons can be booked for earlier or later times than listed. We welcome homeschool students or adults with daytime availability.
-Tuition for Guitar, Drums, Bass Guitar, Piano, Voice and Trombone lessons is $90.00 per month.
-A one time $45.00 enrollment fee is due on the first installment of tuition payments and covers the last two lessons of tuition should you choose to permanently cancel lessons at any time.
-Tuition is due on the first scheduled lesson of each month. All tuition payments made after the 10th of each month are considered late with a fee of $10.
-Students who wish to cancel any single lesson may do so at any time however, there will be no make-up's for any lessons canceled by a student for any reason.
-If you wish to permanently cancel your enrollment, a two week notice is required.
-If a teacher cancels a lesson, a refund will be issued in the form of a credit towards your next tuition payment. Please decrease your next payment by either $22.50 (for If you have any questions regarding the amount you should pay please contact your instructor).
-Tuition is based on the calendar month. The average month has four calendar days, but sometimes there are five. With the exception of holidays, if your lesson day has five calendar days expect five lessons for that month.
On the following days Oklahoma Music Academy will be closed. Your monthly tuition does not decrease for these holidays.
March 13 - 19, 2017 - Spring Break
May 29, 2017 - Memorial Day
July 4, 2017 - Independence Day
September 4, 2017 - Labor Day
November 23 - 26, 2017 - Thanksgiving Break
December 24, 2017 - January 1, 2018 - Winter Holiday/Christmas Break
Inclement Weather Policy
If Tulsa Public Schools are closed due to bad weather, Oklahoma Music Academy is closed. Your tuition is not pro-rated for bad weather. If you are unsure if your lesson is canceled on a bad weather/snow day, please contact your instructor.
Returned Checks/Failure to Pay Tuition
If a check is returned, that check must be replaced with an additional $10.00 late fee and $25.00 returned check fee. Non-compliance will result in prosecution by the Tulsa County District Attorney's office (for returned checks not replaced and funded) and enrollment will be terminated.
Students who are 30 days past due are considered delinquent. Delinquent students will be asked to leave and payment is still required. If payment is not made within 60 days from the original due date, Oklahoma Music Academy will pursue further action to insure payment.
