Nathan Wright studied classical piano and voice with Juilliard graduates Claire Jones and Dr. Burton Parker, attended the University of Tulsa on full vocal scholarship, earned a BA in Music Composition, earned the position of assistant conductor for TU's Capella Choir, and was the winner of the Bella Rozsa Composition Competition in 2012. Nathan has been teaching for ten years, and actively directs, arranges, and performs in the Tulsa area. He is the core composer, songwriter, and record producer for the Tulsa band Count Tutu. Lessons can include an overview in recording, mixing and mastering in the studio, musical notation training, perfect pitch training, world music study, technique training, and improvisational training.
